"The harassment from the complex is disgusting. I pay my rent to be left alone yet every other day they’re leaving notes in doors conducting “inspections” with open threats and never answer their phones so you can actually speak to them. My first year here there was maybe two inspections the whole year, now with new management they had a month long inspection saying your home can be entered at any time and not even a week after that month time frame ANOTHER INSPECTION. Absolutely ridiculous, stop harassing your tenants! I will be getting out of here as soon as possible, do not rent here."

"You guys are ridiculous and cruel! Kicking out a single mother. Charging her for a infant!!! 5000 or shes out!!! She didn't even know about it. How the hell you charge for a infant??!! Yet you are OK with known drug addicts and dealers there."

"They need security at night living here has been so uncomfortable fights are going on all night. and all types of retaliation when I complained to office. Someone in the office is sharing info to the residents. Windsor valley is no place to live if u want to better ur children.let alone better yourself."

"If i could give a zero star I would I had nothing but a good experience living here since 2020 the women in the leasing are nice but the management seem too have a attitude and snobby for no reason and just want to kick people out, I am sure there was a way to make things right but the management just made it seem like they Couldn’t over turn a situation , they just need better management it’s just the disorganization that’s in the leasing office and with the renovations and all they want to be getting people evicted for every little thing, , first it was the issue with my son and I service animal then this. And in reality If you are trying to evict someone you give them notices or a call weeks in advance to let the tenant know that they will be getting evicted soon, ,just for not submitting a missing a paper here at Windsor I had lost my “hud” spot . Regardless of the situation it’s unethical and unprofessional I do not recommend living here.Especially 8 months pregnant and having a child it’s a no for me ."
