The Apartments at Cambridge Court

"This review is specifically for our experience touring the community with Patti. We’ve been touring apartments in the Baltimore county area for the past 2 days and she has by far been the best leasing specialist! So much so that she was a factor in our decision to lease with this community. She made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions, and even helped us when we came back to proceed with the application process. The community itself is clean and well maintained. "I have been here for about six months. My experience from tour to now has been great! Patti did a great job with the leasing process and helped my move go quickly and easy, especially I needed to move in about a week. Since then, I have had maintenance called for a few normal jobs (I.e fixing shelves, toilet, fireplace, etc.) and they have always do a great job, get back to me quickly, and respect my space. They are even mindful of my note to call before coming since I work from home and a heads up helps me. The most recent maintenance guy, Z, came to help with my fireplace and did a great job. I wish I could remember the other’s names because all my experiences with maintenance have been pleasant. Definitely a great community. Very much happy with my experience here. Only thing I say that can be difficult at times is parking in the evening, however that’s minor from my perspective."

"My girlfriend and I visited the apartment complex and were immediately impressed by the community, which looked cleaner and much more inviting than our previous apartments. We met with Patti who was incredibly friendly and informational. It was clear that she wanted to provide excellent service as a representative of her company, but she also clearly wanted us to feel comfortable with the apartment and answered all questions and followed up promptly."

"A retired resident at Cambridge Court living here over 12 years. Have enjoyed meeting newbies and old settlers indicating its an enjoyable place to live. Maintenance is friendly and prompt, grounds well kept. parking and security given high priority. Snow removal well organized. Compared to other states where I have lived, this complex represents a good value that is concerned about its residents."

"Very friendly staff, especially Patti the leasing agent, she’s very accommodating, she let us have a tour even though we don’t have a schedule and went there as walk ins. She offered us hot chocolate, coffee and popcorn which is we really appreciate. The apartment has an excellent location and nice floor plan and very close to everything."
