"The worst place to live the manager Dominique is so unprofessional I lived there for over 3 years ppl start to sell drugs in the parking lot finding all kinds of bullet casings. I sent a letters stating I was uncomfortable and I want to move into another unit.(multiple emails went answered).until it was time for me to move out. my lease was up in April I never signed another lease so I messaged her saying I am assuming that I am on a month to month lease all she said was send my paystub nothing further.(once again ignored) so in October I sent a letter that I will be moving out the ending of October she going to tell me that I have to pay 2 months rent or give 2 months notice keep in mind this lady ignored me for months my lease expired April never signed or as to sign another lease I would not recommend anyone living there full of roaches and mice."

"They harass the tenants and it’s no privacy while living here.. maintenance sneaks in and out of your apartment while you’re not there, and during Covid this agency was not helpful at all!! Moved away from this complex and had to call back to settle a debt, and the woman on the phone was rude/dismissive per usual, at this point this must be the standard attitude to uphold here.. the lawyer doesn’t even answer the phone, after I’ve called multiple times. I hope they get new management soon because they are the worst!!"

"It would be nice if some of the residents on Solar Circle would learn how to use the dumpster instead of throwing the trash on the ground around it!!!A complete eye sore to the complex!!Every weekend the trash is like this!!These people around here are completely disgusting they put the whole house at the dumpster & management has yet to address this issue!!!"

"Months for maintenance requests. Having to leave your door unlocked for repairs with the crime in the area. Extremely Dismissive and Rude leasing office associates with no compassion. They lie about pesticide visits. If they can come do maintenance checks any other time without having tenants locking doors, why is it necessary to leave homes unsecured in order to have maintenance done? Letters constantly for the littlest things, like a chair at the front door or a plant. Those are NICE things. Want a patio? Cool, but no grill or anything can be left outside as decor. Quality of properties are Not up to market standards for the market rates they charge. This stove only has one rack and is less than half the size of a regular one. Don't think about hosting holiday dinners when you can't bake two things at the same time. Resident since 2017 and it's gotten no better. Disgruntled but at least it is shelter."
