"I took my daughter because her school was doing nothing about her learning difficulties. EPS gave her a personality test, didn’t analyze or give us results, and they did nothing to help diagnose if there was a learning disorder even though that is what I hired them to do. After the personality test was complete and paid for, I asked about the learning disability, evaluation and they said I needed to talk to the school about that! They had no problem taking my money but they offered NOTHING USEFUL to help my daughter. Why is it so difficult to get help around here?"

"Front start to finish, horrible experience here. I would never return and never recommend for anyone else to seek care here. Unprofessional, no follow up appointments, incompetent people answering the phones, I could go on and on. You do NOT get what you pay for. Just save yourself and find somewhere else for whatever services you seek."

"Was dropped because i accidently missed 2 appointments. We have court dates and meetings with lawyers and just so much going on and completely forgot first appointment and second i went thinking she said Thursday but she said Wednesday. Honest mistake. Its all new to us. Wouldnt even give us a chance. Very unprofessional. We are people going through a lot and you have added more problems. No stars if i could! We liked paula alot. My son & I."
