"Parking 0/10 Never parking available at night when you get home from work! Trash & dumpsters 2/10 Always full and smelly Pool 6/10 Just ok… only can have 2 guests Apartments themselves 5/10 Need to be upgraded for the price point…. And you can hear your neighbors every move. Water stinks in sinks and bathrooms need fans because of humidity from shower they get moldy. Area 9/10 very convenient Maintenance 7/10 except 1 young lightskined guy who was weird…. The 2 older guys were cool… Over all like 2/5 stars don’t recommend getting long term lease here.. although it served its purpose for me. As for rodents Definitely had Mice problem like caught over 10 in 1 week before and very oddly this was new to me had centipede infestations. Neighbors complained about same things.✌️ Overall old buildings that need to be remodeled… leaks and all and for $1500+ hmmm yeah nah this not it."
"I have been living here for about 7 months this is my first apartment and everything is fine except the buildings are kinda old and I can’t hear EVERYTHING what the people who live upstairs are doing the sound of the wood tiggers me. When they are watching tv the people who live upstairs like to turn the volume high it bothers me a lot bc I can be sleeping the noises be waking me up. I have complained about the tv noises many times but they don’t do anything but send them a email…."
"I have been living at The Blvd at White Springs for 7 months now. Veronica Huff is WONDERFUL!!!! I have had to request maintenance a few times and my requests were always responded to and issues resolved within 1 day after making request. I plan to transfer to a 2 bedroom apartment in another area of the complex next year. Overall I am happy to be a resident here!"
"50% of the cardio equipment is broken in the fitness center, and has been broken for several years. Management at all levels is aware and has no intentions on repairing or replacing the equipment in the foreseeable future. If you enjoy working out this is not the community for you. The advertisements on the website regarding the fitness center being available for use is misleading because it is not fully functional."
"I will break down my review into three areas, groundskeeping / cleaning / maintenance staff, the apartment, and management. GROUNDSKEEPING/CLEANING/MAINTENANCE STAFF: 5 ⭐️ The grounds are kept nicely. The grass is cut regularly and treated during the summer season to prevent the influx of bugs. There are some times that the grass gets pretty unruly but that's only when there's an excessive amount of rain The cleaning staff is fantastic. They are out daily walking the grounds, picking up trash on the property and by the dumpsters. They clean and vacuum daily during the weekdays in the building as well. Maintenance is attentive and timely with apartment repairs even if they aren't urgent. If you rent here, know that they will not contact you ahead of coming to make repairs, they will just show up (not a bad thing, just an FYI). APARTMENT: 4 ⭐️ Pros: There is plenty of space. I live in a two bedroom, one bath which is just over 1,000 sq ft The pantry is a HUGE plus along with the walk in closet in the master The kitchen has plenty of cabinets with soft-close drawers and counter space for prepping meals My unit also has a washer and dryer inside Faux wood floors, just not enough of it. If you like carpet, there is plenty in the bedrooms and living room There is a dog park, and pool Cons: It is extremely noisy here. If you get a unit with anyone above you, brace yourself...especially if that neighbor has kids that like to run through the house or someone is heavy-footed. The floors are creaky, no matter what. If you have one of the two neighbors I mentioned, you will get to know their schedule well unfortunately While the laundry in the unit is great, it's in the kitchen. I don't particularly like washing my clothes where I cook but it's not the worst thing Blinds are really cheap, meaning both the vertical and window blinds break easily and don't keep a lot of light out so you will likely need curtains in your bedrooms Not many apartment upgrades ( outdated electric stove with the coils and non-full size washing machine and dryer even though there is room for it) No secure building access or keyless/keypad apartment entry To use the pool, you have to have a pool pass and can only have one guest. If you lose the pool pass, it costs hundreds of dollars MANAGEMENT: 1 ⭐️ If you have an issue in your unit and you want to move within the complex, you have to fill out another application and do a credit check (I could understand income verification) I am half way through my fourth year here and we have had three management companies. The first two were pretty decent but this latest management company is, I hate to say, not good at all. If you are an existing tenant, good luck getting a response to your email, phone call, or voicemail. I have an email from five months ago that hasn't been responded to. If you want to rent here, you will reach someone immediately so this basically tells me that as tenants, we are not important. I am 100% confident that someone will respond to this Google post well before I get a response to any inquiry I've ever sent. Renter, beware UPDATE: I was right when I said I would get a response to this Google post. Management has reached out to me, which I truly appreciate. They have asked what they can do better and provided responses to my inquiries. At least they are trying, and the action shows that they do actually care."
