"It’s rats here. Disgusting. The dumpsters are always over flowing and that gives really ghetto like living in West Baltimore City. Ive never lived anywhere where there’s rats outside. It’s disgusting. This is fancy projects atp. Ppl are posting pics of “mice” they caught… looks like rats to me. Snakes coming through vents. It’s a jungle. They shouldn’t charge for cats… seems like we won’t have a choice but to get one."
"This place is horrible!!! The maintenance alone is a big issue and they never seem to fix anything. My dishwasher is still leaking to this day! I got tired of calling and going around the rental office. Nobody does their job. But will gladly take you to court if your rent is a couple days late. The Balcony is a whole other issue. And ever since the started remolding the apartment underneath me I have been seeing mice activity."
"Appliances could use some upgrades, taking away a dumpster in my court made community much more messy and draw more rodents. Taking a very long time to repair balcony. To not be able to enjoy the amenities is depressing. Especially if that's a feature that swayed you to rent on property."
"Terrible management. It takes months of hounding to get maintenance issues addressed and the property manager, Nakia, thinks a “sorry” is satisfactory. Maintenance tickets “forget” to be placed and when you ask for an update you never hear back. Took a year for a hole in the floor to be fixed and I just had to call again about leaking garbage disposal that I was told would be replaced two months ago. They never have any maintenance staff so they hire anyone off the street in plain clothes and let them in your home. The space of the townhouse is cool but not worth the trouble. Can’t wait for my lease to end"
"This experience with being potential resident has been horrific. It all started on 10/25/22 when I applied. The projected move in date was 11/14/22. I then spoke with the leasing agent Eric Hill who has been a pleasure and he advised me of 11/28/22 as being the move in. This was based on the current residence moving. I later contacted them at the rental office to just keep checking. To be told that the current residence were requesting to stay longer and it appeared to be December 2022 now. I was advised that someone would contact me and confirm the status on 11/18/22. No contact was made so I followed up and spoke with Eric again. He advised the current tenants are not vacating and the move in date now was 12/29/22. He apologized and advised me to keep my options open being that they was unsure of the residence status. He later reached out to advise me that the tenants were still there and he has another unit that became available. Of course I took the other unit because my family and I are displaced. So I reached out 12/10/22 to check see on when my deposit is required and if any possibility of earlier move in date; as my family and I are displaced. Eric advised me that it was not a guarantee but if it becomes possible he would advise me. The deposit was given to then on 12/16/22. So the move in date still on for 12/29/22. With me being proactive I called on 12/27/22 just to confirm move in and details. To be advised yet again by Eric that the unit is undergoing repairs and the appliances they are waiting for. Never stated what appliances but advised move in date may change to Jan 2023. He stated I appreciate your patience and I hope this isn’t causing issues. Which in all actuality it is. The fact the date keeps changing, the communication is lacking and the follow up is unpromising. Let’s just say if it wasn’t for the location, convenience, price, and no other options currently I’d run fast. So far the way things are going make me concerned with how the trajectory of our partnership will look. Ohh I failed to mention they sure reached out when I didn’t make the deposit. Advised me if I didn’t come pay it they wouldn’t be able to hold the unit. The audacity given all I’ve been taken through. At least I communicated when I was coming and lack thereof. Now the move in date is supposed to be Jan 3rd 2023 I will update as the saga continues. ***Update***as of Jan 3rd 2023. Please reconsider moving here. If you do make sure you’re fully committed to inspecting your home. As we was to move in on Tuesday 01/03/23 the townhome was not move in ready. There was the HVAC return duct that was filthy as if it was cleaned in years. The refrigerator had roaches and piled up food in side the cracks of it. The cabinets had mold in it, and Fudging dead mouse was in the one cabinet. The microwave was filthy, dishwasher had leftover food and residue. The washer and dryer old before Christ, and had mouse droppings all in it. The home was only vacant since 12/07/22. The upstairs bedrooms electrical panels was missing, the vent was broken had all types of socks and toys from previous tenants in it. The upstairs bathroom was rusty had mouse droppings and the toilet was missing bolts. The closet had clear access points for mice to enter and exit. No bait, traps or wires was put out to keep them out. The only great part of this all was that Eric was great and he took ownership, and allowed me to withdraw from living in this establishment. However the property managers need to do better in ensuring the property is properly managed and maintained. It’s horrible and sad the way these properties look and are maintained. I’m sure they wouldn’t even want to live here."
