"I’ve been living here Almost 7 months and I see a lot of improvements around. The only problem is the dog poop (I see a lot when I take my kids for a walk) people don’t pick up after their dogs, I saw little kids taking their dogs around the neighborhood and leaving the dog poop in others people yard, showing 0 respect for the community. We get emails literally every other week from the manager team about this issue, but again there is still dog poop around so be careful when you walk outside. The townhouses are brand new and I didn’t have any problem living here. I recommend Hudson Ridge rental houses."

"The people that operate the place that I’ve dealt with so far seem decent but the people they allow to rent are anything but. Parking on the street is a mess. People let their dogs dispose of their waste all over the property (mind you theres a dog park). It’s just not somewhere you want to live, counting down the days until my lease is up. Maybe do a better job on the background process and if you can’t enforce people with their dogs maybe stop allowing dogs on property."

"I can’t speak highly enough about the Hudson Ridge community. The home itself is absolutely stunning. I appreciate the beauty in all the details such as the light fixtures, top notch appliances, and the many outdoor lights on censors so the neighborhood is never dark. The garage even has an electric car charging port! The decks are the perfect size, and I love sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the valley. I also appreciate the proximity to shopping centers, gas stations, and restaurants. Rebecca assisted us with the move in process and she was so kind to our family, making sure we felt welcome and always answered any and all questions promptly. I would recommend Hudson Ridge to anyone seeking a private, peaceful, and charming place to live."
