"Dont waste your time calling. Person on the phone was so rude for no reason almost brought me to tears all because I had a few questions."
"The nurse was very nice and professional. She greeted us close to our an appointment time. She put our daughter at ease and the vaccine was administered without incident."
"My appointment at the Minute Clinic at 611 Duncan was just what I needed. The Nurse Practitioner I saw, Alexis, was kind and knowledgeable. Would recommend this clinic."
"Unbelievably bad customer service and system. the "nurse" Debbie that works at the minute clinic doing rapid testing is one of the most miserable, unprofessional, rudest people I've had to deal with in a long time. As I was advised, you are allowed to come early for an appointment and be serviced on if there is availability. Many times, when my wife or I arrive early and there are no other cars/people around, I see Debby sit in the minute clinic box for 10-15 straight while she knows there are customers waiting. She has said "she doesn't care" that we have to wait while she's waiting for her prior appointment who is running very late. and makes the excuse weekly that "one of the machines are down". Try fixing it...or get one from another store. She is miserable and hates her life & job. She needs to be gone or transferred. The other lady that works there, who is Jamaican, is very professional, kind, respectful of people's time. She has taken me and/or my wife early many times as she has advised us that the minute clinic should and does allow to take customers early who have an appointment. It even says that on the website / confirmation email when you make an appointment. CVS store manager barely did anything about it and was defending Debbie's unprofessional attitude and treatment towards customers. The pharmacy manager never came out to help rectify the situation. Eventually some (polite and professional) nurse came out and said she could do the testing inside the store since we've been waiting over 30 minutes."
"The nurse was very kind and informative, and the appointment was quick. However, CVS needs a better appointment system. I scheduled my appointment through the online portal for 3 PM. When I arrived, the clinic staff was on lunch break, and didn't come back until 3:30. I don't understand why the website would allow you to schedule an appointment during the time no one is working."
