"We lived here for almost a year before having to move due to my job moving to VA. Overall it’s a very good place to live. The buildings are on the old side and are somewhat dated, but you get what you pay for really. Pros: Parking is good The two bedroom is very large for the price Maintenance was sketchy when we first arrived but is much better now. It’s fairly quiet The office staff is very friendly and professional. We haven’t had any issues with bugs Very close to the freeway Buildings are secure, you need a code to get in the door to access the units No random BS fees on top of the rent Cons: The dumpsters are almost always full and fill up quickly No laundry in unit, you have to pay to use the communal machines The buildings are pretty old and dated but the price reflects that"

"I toured this location, but did not sign on because of unexpected last minute changes. Angela was by far the most friendly and informative person I've met while apartment hunting. You can tell she is so proud of what this complex has to offer and is really happy to be in this position. As for the housing, they take safety very seriously. Although the walls may be thin at times and you may hear others in the complex (as most apartment places are), the rooms are very very spacious and you have great lighting that's really uplifting. I did not see any signs of bugs or mice. The private parking lot is a huge benefit for all those living in the complex. On my visit in the early afternoon, I passed by a cleaning employee that really cares about doing a great job. It's great to know that they care about cleanliness and clean often. "My husband and I got our first apartment when we were dating here at Caton House. It was a great first place together and we lived here for two years, we only moved truth be told because we bought our first home! I truly loved my time here. The neighbors and their dogs we met were all so nice and welcoming and you would get a “hello” or “good afternoon” and some chit chat if you so wanted. Everyone on staff was great. Angie, Pat, & Lance made our time here incredibly welcoming and helpful. I’m so thankful we had such a great experience here. The pool was also one of my favorite parts, it is on a sister property but was always so peaceful and relaxing. They recently updated the property and it’s centrally located for so many areas. I am so excited to have my new house but I will truly miss the memories and the people and dogs we met while living there."
