"This hotel did not have running water. Contacted John at the front desk and he said he didn’t care. I asked for my money back they refused, I even asked for a discount and my money back and they said no. I need help as my hotel room has no running water."

The service is horrible, I made a complaint twice about finding bedbugs in two different rooms and nothing was resolved no apologies given, the water is brown, they have mice, they try to make you pay again at the desk even when you've already paid online, the wifi doesn't work for most of the time, some of the clerks at the desk are unprofessional, housekeeping could be better, the manager is never available, overpriced. I would not recommend this place at all not even to my worst enemy stay far away from this place, there much better options out there, worst experience ever things wasn't this bad when it was still under the quality inn brand, THE PLACE IS IN DESPERATE NEED OF A RENEVATION. Everything needs to change"
