"Currently have been living here 10 months and my number one issue is the amount of mice my apartment is filled with. Even after using traps on a consistent basis they always come back. I have no other complaints of the apartment complex besides the amount of trash that accumulates at the dumpster, but honestly if I would have known that the mice infestation was this bad I would have never chosen this as a place to rent in the first place."

My husband and I were recommended this complex by our friends who live there. Came off to a bumpy start because of some transitions within management but when I communicated my grievances, I appreciated that management was attentive and willing to work with me."

"This has been the worst experience of my life. Every week for the past 5 months since we moved in we have had to call maintenance due to some type of water damage wether it’s from rain, pipes leaking, pipes bursting, or neighbors being careless with clogged or backed up sinks. Everyone in maintenance is very nice including the contractors and they do everything they can but it seems like once they start talking numbers to management about issues needing to be addressed thing slow up and when they are addressed they instruct maintenance to put a bandaid on things and when it happens again they blame it on maintenance. I keep hearing it’s because this place was built in the 70’s but this is just a cash grab. Everything in these apartments are the “landlord special” meaning paint gets slapped over what ever damage the last tenant caused. Baseboards are missing, 20 coats of paint on the doors so they stick when trying to open them, mice, roaches and they claim the exterminator comes every Wednesday and tbh I’m not even sure they actually have one because no matter how many times we’ve requested for them to come nobody has showed up. Once you sign the lease and move in the bandaids and chewing gum they’ve put on things to make this dump look nice starts falling off and then you are stuck until the lease is up. The only nice thing about this place is the leasing office lol AND only one trash compactor for the whole complex which is always overflowing and trash is everywhere every day. I feel bad for all the tenants and maintenance because management doesn’t care."
