"I love my apartment here at Oakview! I’ve been a resident for a few years now, and my favorite part about living here is the staff. The Property Manager and Maintenance staff have been kind, fast responding, and super professional the entire time I’ve been here. The turn around time for any maintenance call is either the same day or up to 2 days (I’ve never had to wait 2 days)…you really can’t beat that!!!!! - This alone is a top selling point. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, peaceful, and safe; these are all first things that matter to me when moving into a new home. Now, speaking on the inside of my apartment, my home is pest free!!! I love it here. The master bedroom is super spacious and so is the living room. I enjoyed having a renovated and clean home to move into when I first signed my lease. The lease signing process was pretty easy and direct for a first timer as myself. Oakview really does invest back into their property with a new parking lot, key fob entry, new roofing, and scheduled lawn maintenance to name a few - I’ve been here to witness all of this! If any of the above are your major green flags for choosing a home, I highly recommend Oakview Apartments!"

The move in process with the leasing office was a breeze and everyone is very friendly and professional. I appreciate the staff here so much because they go above and beyond for their residents and they are pleasant and helpful. I believe great residential experiences really stem from the type of team that a leasing office has and this team is super amazing, which makes my living here that much more enjoyable. I really am happy here, I feel very safe here and truly have enjoyed my time at OakView. I truly love my apartment and glad I picked this please for residency. Thank you for all you do!
