Reviews
"Patience and understanding service compared to others I have rented from. Fair prices, would recommend."
"Ridiculous process. Built up to be let down here. No viewing properties with realtor until owner reviews application. Then u go walk thru with realtor! Next step is being charged for credit report. To be told after paying that 9 other credit reports are undercconsideration also was disappointing. Now waiting 2 weeks without reply!"
"I definitely recommend Reichart Realty if your looking for a rental in Hanover PA. I've been a tenant for over 10 years. I'm also a contractor who works for them at times. John and the realtors there are great friendly people to work for, and rent from. Maintenance request are always done in a timely manner. The rents there are a little more reasonable than the local competitors."
"Rented from this group awhile ago. They never fixed anything. We lived there for 4 years. They spoke highly of us as tenets. When we were looking for a house, we gave them a written letter that we were looking and when we find a place we will be moving. We gave them 60 days, they didn't say anything. The day of the move out, we cleaned the place up from top to bottom. They said they were sad to see us go. As time went on, I called them to see when I was getting my deposit back, they said we weren't getting it back due to how dirty the place was and since we didn't give them a notice. We had to take them to court and fight for our deposit back. In court they were trying to blame us on dirty spots that were in the apartment when we moved in. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place at all."
"They were nice upfront but just like a wild animal they (and property owners) turn on you! I have a list as long as my arm of things that were not respectful to us the tenants. A few being when we moved in we stripped wallpaper and painted in two rooms and hung blinds (with no compensation...which I didn’t mind until they were difficult when we moved out). I cleaned and also had paid a service to do anything I missed. We were charged an exorbitant amount of money (over $2500) for “cleaning and repairs” that our lawyer started were considered “normal wear” which was supposed to be covered in our lease. But even though we were there 4 years they considered that “breaking lease”. We also waited SIX weeks for some repairs. When we gave notice that we were purchasing a home they said they would like to show the property. No problem. The issue became out of hand! I was told they could show it 8 times....well after more than a dozen showing I was not happy. They even had the nerve to show it while we were there! They “forgot “ to inform us of a showing. I know this is a long post but all I can say in the end is RUN!!!"
