"These people are quick to respond and do good work when something needs to be done. They're kind and considerate and quite flexible if you're a good tenant. If someone has had a bad experience I'm sure that it was because of their own lack of caring for the property they are renting and bad communication with the landlords. These folks are great at communicating and give a lot of warning before any work is done, and do the work quickly and efficiently."

"I was a business tenant for these people and It was a horrible experience. They did some renovation on the building and promised it would not of affect me at all but it practically ruined my business and harmed me financially. My door was replaced but left unpainted for months and the deadlock opening was left empty for months during the coldest months of the year. The walls were left with holes in various places. They promised me that my windows would be replaced by commercial windows but were replaced by residential windows in a Storefront business. There were jackhammers right next to where I was talking intimately with customers for days and I believe there was mold under the carpet from the many water leaks that he refused to check. The water damaged some thing's and the smell was horrible. My customers often commented. They put yellow caution tape along the front of my space and left an old pickup sit there for several month’s making it appear abandoned. Mislead about many things including amount of space and cost of rent after they took away half my space which caused disputes over fair rent. I could go on. Beware!!!!"
