"Gaither Manor Apartments is simply fantastic! We can’t recommend them highly enough. They provided us with a happy, safe, and clean home for four years. The location is wonderful, with rustic country charm yet easy access to major roads for straightforward commutes to D.C., Baltimore, Frederick, etc. The neighbors were generally friendly and quiet, with no transfer of smells between units. Maintenance was always top-notch, responding quickly and completely to any issues we had – from a burnt-out bulb to a water heater reset. Gaither Manor is truly a community, with family-oriented management. And the price can’t be beat!"
