"I really feel some of these places are just out for money. This particular one felt sales pitchy. I’ve been coming to Banfield for years. First time with this vet. Recommends thousand dollars worth of random tests during my routine vaccination. I left feeling dirty. Not coming back. Maybe not to Banfield at all. I’m so tired of feeling ripped off by people in medical positions. I’m not your piggy bank."
"It’s very inconvenient to bring your pet here; they will not give you an estimated pick up time, will hold your pet for 8 hours for one vaccine. Traumatizing for the pets and impossible to schedule around. In addition, the staff is incredibly rude. Adds insult to injury- stay away!"
