"This daycare is amazing! From it being extremely clean; to the kindness and patience of the staff, everything is ideal! My son loves coming here everyday"
"My experience with Rose Garden Prep is a bit mixed. My son is 2 and I had to start him into daycare after being home with just me and family for the first two years of his life. I knew transitioning would be hard and the staff made me feel assured they would try their best to make him feel safe. His first week he got sick so he only went one day. Then the following week, it went a little better but he was struggling to be part of the group as well as follow directions and get used to such a totally different routine than he’s used to. They gave me some advice on to make home more like daycare and I made the proper adjustments. He also is in speech therapy and OT for auditory processing issues as well as focus issues. It is the third week this week and today I was told that this is not the place for my son and that they don’t have the resources to help him. I understand my son can’t get all the attention there are more children to tend too. But I feel like he wasn’t given much time, in total he went seven days out of the three weeks and I don’t think that’s enough time for a 2 year old to transition comfortably. The staff is professional for the most part, I find it upsetting to be called at work saying once I pick up my son today he’s no longer allowed back. They didn’t even give me any time to find another daycare. I work full time and it has been very jarring for me. The facility is clean and my son was bonding with his teacher. I just don’t think it’s fair to turn away children who are a bit more difficult. If this was going on for months then I’d understand being dropped but it was only three weeks. In a world where it is so hard to find decent care, I need to work to provide and now I’m struggling to find another daycare. I wish it could’ve worked out but it seems they weren’t ready to or didn’t want to deal with my child."
"To all of the Rose Garden teachers, My husband and I just want to say the most sincere thank you to all of you for everything you have done for our boys. We had taken a long time touring and researching programs prior, and from the moment we walked into Rose Garden we could feel the difference from all the others. It is a warm and inviting environment and inspires them to be creative and independent. Our boys have had a great year with all of you. They have been well cared for. They have felt welcome, safe and loved there, and to us that means the world. We have seen such growth in them, and they are really ready now for kindergarten. You guys have gone above and beyond, and going through school orientation for them, we see they are starting way ahead of expectations thanks to your program. It shows that all of you really care about what you are doing, and we appreciate everything!"
"Ms. Gia is one of the best daycare directors you can come across. She puts her all into this center also the staff. They ALL work so hard to make sure these kids & infants are cared for throughout the day. The center is so clean and the neighborhood is pretty. She is VERY organized it isnt a chaotic school at all. She makes sure the parents can see what their children are doing throughout the day through her school’s application. Very nice school!"
"Rose garden is an amazing school that does what ever they can for their students! The teachers there are incredible and go above and beyond and communicate so well with me! My son has learned so much in the short time being there because of how patient, kind, and supportive everyone is including the director Mrs. Gia! She has made me feel comfortable from the beginning when I had to make the hard choice to put my son in daycare! I am truly happy my son is a part of this school that makes you feel like family!"
