"I would not recommend this daycare at all. apparently the racist staff will ban black parents if they try to protect their kids from being abused. Oh and on top of that, because the family shared the incident on social media, the Future Faces decided to EXPEL the children without notice and called the police on their parents without them knowing why. Garbage, racist staff. Truly"

"The director made a comparison between a student and her own child, implying that her child would be better off in life than the student would. When she was calmly confronted by the parent, she lied about their interaction stating that he yelled at her in front of other parents and staff and that he was aggressive. All of which was a lie. Banning this parent from being able to pick up his children because he called you out on your projected racism towards his child is wrong and absolutely appalling. She needs to be relieved of her position. I would NEVER send my children there."

"This daycare banned a parent from being able to pick up his child, after asking the director Christina, not to make comparisons between his child and Christina's child. As a director, she should know that comparisons of children is a huge no no when it comes to teaching. This needs to be rectified with an apology immediately. I have a daughter that I was initially thinking of enrolling into this daycare. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family about this."

"I have to say, at first, I loved this daycare. SOME staff are absolutely wonderful. The ladies in the infant room, the young gentleman and girl in toddler 1 and the teacher of toddler 2. My daughter went there from 8 months-2 years. We made a complaint because our daughter began saying weird things, so we spoke to Christina who basically brushed us off. Then we started getting treated rather poorly. I will admit, my fiance and I ran a balance up of $1000. We began paying it off, $300 one week, $100 for the next couple weeks after that, all while still sending our daughter. They decided to call us on the day we normally sent her to say 'construction is happening in that room and she cant be here.' You mean to tell me you didnt know about this happening a week, even a few days ago? The girl who called me was beyond rude and wouldnt let me get a word in. The staff walk around barefoot all while hand, foot and mouth is all over the place. I dont believe our daughter was ever mistreated, but we will never send her back there and will never recommend it."

"It a great flexible friendly daycare. I am an international student who took her two kids to this daycare for almost three years. My kids love going there and I can drop them and pick them up any time between 6 am and 6 pm. Sometimes I pay the bill after five or six weeks and they have no problem with that because they consider that I am a student and give me some time for the payment. Great daycare and great staff. I decided to choose this daycare even when my kids are due in Binghamton University daycare waiting-list. Great daycare and great staff."
