"Went to Parkview manor loca for scheduled service. The extremely rude and angry looking front desk person told me there was no appointment and I was a no show from another day. That’s wrong because the day I was told was scheduled I was at work. Could they help? Nope! Rudely told I have to call the number again to reschedule. It wouldn’t have been so bad if Miss Nasty wasn’t at the front desk"

"The only reason I would recommend anyone to come here is if your only ailment is a paper-cut. Been sick for months on and off, PCP is moving buildings and recommended that i go to a walk in clinic because i have shortness of breath and intense sinus pain/draining. Saw the nurse/dr for not even 5 minutes. Dr was coughing herself which made me feel real great about the care i was about to receive, was asked how long i had been sick, what my symptoms are, she listened to my lungs, looked in my ears and at my throat which is inflamed and patchy(which the dr said looked completely healthy) and that was it. Claims I have an ear infection which makes no sense to why i would be sick for months plus i havent had any ear pain. Wrote me a script for meds and sent me on my way. Didnt even ask if i was on any medications or had any serious health issues in the family and the one medication she gave me I cant take because of thyroid issues, thankfully I actually read the paperwork. Now i have to try to get an appointment with my PCP and spend more money trying to get answers that I should have gotten had I been given the time and care that every human being should be given when seeking medical attention"

"This place seems to get a lot of negative reviews, but Ive had nothing but positive experiences! Sure, if you go after work there may be a little wait… it’s a walk-in clinic. Nurse practitioner Jen is amazing. She always validates my concerns, is personable, and goes above and beyond to help me out."

"Currently in room with my wife who is self employed. She severely burnt her hand at work today and when we came into Convenient Care, Seneca was rude, condescending, dry and mean. She said the accident would be filed under workers comp. No one self employed pays into the workers comp . Therefore they can't file under workers comp. They finally after 20 minutes of arguing they finally agreed to see her. Apparently they don't understand the law and how it affects the self employed. If they are going to treat people they should understand the law."

"I visited the Robinson Convient Care on 9 /11/2020. Reason for going to the convenient care in Robinson Township was to have my leg looked at, it was red painful to touch and warm. I had just seen my pain doctor who suggested getting it looked at because it looked infected. When I was seen by the nurse practitioner she touched my leg and said it wasn't warm and if the pain doctor thought it was infected why didn't he treat it. Still being rude she told me my problem was caused by my veins being close to the surface and go home and take tylenol for the pain. The following Tuesday I went and saw my husband's foot doctor who said the leg was infected prescribed antibiotics and said if it didn't get better in a week to go to the ER. By Sunday morning it was getting worse so I went to the ER at Herritage Valley Beaver. Was seen immediately and the doctor there had an ultrasound done on my leg to rule out a blood clot and bloodwork done. Was told that I had cellulitis and was started on IV antibiotics right away and was admitted. I feel that Herritage Valley needs to review that nurses qualifications because she obviously doesn't know enough or care enough to do her job correctly."
