"I just received a certified letter from Dr White eliminating me as a patient of hers because she said I was too aggressive with staff. I tested positive with Covid on a Monday late afternoon. I called and left a voicemail that evening for Dr White to please call in a Rx for Paxlovid which is used to treat Covid as soon as she could on Tuesday morning so I could take TWO doses on Tuesday ( it is VERY IMPORTANT to get those first two doses taken AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!) I called Tuesday morning around 10AM to see if the prescription had been called in to my Pharmacy. No it wasnt. Had Dr White been given the message, YES. I called back at noon before their lunch break. SAME THING— nothing called in for me still. Meanwhile, I am as sick as a dog. Finally called the office again at 2:00 and asked if I could talk with Dr White to get her to call my Rx in. FINALLY, I got a call from my pharmacy saying that Paxlovid HAD JUST been called in. THIS IS WHAT DR WHITE CALLED AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR WITH THE STAFF— verbal phone calls asking for a simple prescription. My husband and I had planned on seeking out another PCP because this WASN’T The FIRST TIME there was a LONG DELAY in hearing from Dr White regarding test results, or requests for bloodwork. PLEASE don’t go to this practice if you want good quality care. Their website sounds like they will PUT YOUR CARE as their first priority, but don’t trust them on treating you as if your care really matters— they may get to you, when THEY WANT!"
"They can't squeeze my sick kids in.i though that's what family doctors were for you need a month in advance for appointments and they change them last minute on you good luck getting them to answer the phone unless you need a month long planned physical there pretty much just a spot for shots all there good for"
"I have been a patient here since I was 2 years old, that was in 1988. The practice & office staff have went downhill recently, ever since Dr. Six left the practice! I have decided to find a new PCP & would suggest anyone THINKING about going here to rethink it, you will be utterly sorry for choosing this place as your doctors!"
"I am extremely disappointed with almost every interaction I've had with this facility over years and years now, but I blame myself for staying this long. Phones are never answered, and answering services (machines) are only available during business hours, which makes no sense because you have to leave a message regardless. Their office staff is non-communicative; it takes multiple calls to fill simple prescriptions, and they have filled my last 3-4 scripts INCORRECTLY. Most recently, I had to switch doctors to fill scripts because mine left the practice with no notice to me. Even though I have been with this practice longer than the doctors currently practicing there, they had the nerve to tell me they did not feel comfortable continuing to fill my current script (which was prescribed by THEIR office) without the doctor even SPEAKING to me first. This is a slap in the face. I am not comfortable continuing to go to this practice, but I don't know how to begin to even find a new doctor during this current climate."
"If I could give 1/2 star I would, simply because they answer the phone and return calls. Dr. Rihmland is deceptive in her marketing of herself as part of the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine. Don't be fooled. Although she may be a "member" of that organization (by completing paperwork and/or paying their membership fee), her philosophy is NOT holistic. She refused to accept us as new patients because I will not vaccinate my child. Vaccination is not in any way accepted as part of a holistic healthcare approach. If you believe in truly holistic health, stay away from this practice!!!"
