"Don't lease these apartments because when things break they don't fix them, but will still expect you pay your rent every month. Things stay broken for months on end without repair. I'd give them zero starts, but I can't. That's the only reason why they got one star."

"PRO: our building was quiet, mostly seniors. Gas heat, our electric bill was very manageable. Pets are allowed. Timely repairs. New corporate management is making adorable changes. We truly made lifelong memories as newlyweds with 2 cats. CONS: Way creaky floorboards. Putting our newborn to sleep was difficult when every floorboard screamed. New management is sincerely lacking in customer service skills."

"They are just money hungry.. new corporate bought the place out and is raising the rent making you pay for water and extra if you got more than one person living with you. They do not give you 24 hour notice for inspections and ECT. They do not get back to you on repairs.. they have lost our checks, saying we owe them money when we did not. Charge you $25 if you call them for a non emergency call. List goes on. I don't recommend living here"

"The new owners have done a fantastic job cleaning up the landscaping and yards around the community. They have hired maintenance that has been working diligently cleaning the stairwells, hallways, and laundry rooms. The manager, Brandi, was super friendly and helpful with the renewal of my lease and setting up my online payments for rent; she even asked about my personal life and gave a follow-up call to make sure everything was in working order. My only complaint would have to be that we have to pay for water/sewage when each apartment doesn’t have their own water meters, so the bill will be split between all the tenants in the building. I’m looking forward to the community events and future improvements on the apartments and landscaping."
