"Nasty and dirty. Needs new maintenance that cares. There's no way I'd live there where their two bedrooms are over 900 a month because of how they don't take care of the property as well as their tenants issues. NOWAY"

"I've lived here for 16 yrs or more we have went through several mangers .But I can honestly say the best one we have had is Ivory very hard worker even though she wasn't appreciated by many .She was always there to help others no matter the color of your skin I hope she never leaves ."
"we have a much better and needed rental manager now! Ive lived through 3 managers here at oaktree village, an by Ivory has already starting this place around with taking care of the complaints, making sure tenants needs are met and she will also go the extra mile to help you with resources that no other manager has done in the past. I gotta say she truly love her job and the tenants or she wouldn't take the extra mile for us. i think she could be treated alittile a better some tenants and other people in the management area, but will prove them all how good she is"
"This apartment complex is not one you want to move into. The manager Bonnie is very two faced . She will not do anything about complaints made about neighbors. If you send your rent and electric up in the same money order she will choose what to pay . She hasn't paid my electric on multiple occasions. The maintenance just comes into your home without warning and then after you tell them you have a maintenance issuse it takes them months to fix it. I wouldn't move here if I was you."
