"I don't normally write poor reviews, but I would not recommend this place to do business. It is near impossible to get your pets in for a visit. They are short staffed, and it affects all aspects of their business. We have been fortunate to find a different vet in the area that has been so accommodating, caring, respectful, and costs less."

"They won't see a 12.5 year old Golden, because she had not been back since her consultation with an oncologist. They recommened the oncolgist and she has not needed routine care since 2021, but feel this is justifcation for abandoning her as a patient. They are acting like my fully insured dogs and incredibly loved dogs are neglected. It was not a simple misunderstading, I explained the situation and they spoke to the owner who still refused! I have been loyal and have recommended people and now they refuse to see my dog, for reasons that make no sense. What kind of vet or person abandons an aging dog? Absolutely inhuman people. Here are the dogs you abandoned, you horrible people."
