"Kathleen is the best groomer in Broome County. My dogs have been going to Kathleen's Bow Wow Station for 20 years. If you're looking for the best groomer in town, Bow Wow Station is it! I have never had any issues with Kathleen in the twenty years I’ve been doing business with her. Exceptional, kind, and compassionate environment. And clean the place is immaculate. Her prices are very, very reasonable."
"We've been taking our Cocker Spaniel to Kathleen for 7 years and she has always taken great care of Bailey. Kathleen is not only grooming our dog but also alerts us to any physical problems that Baily might be having and we were not aware of and offers advice on how to remedy the problem. Right now it's dry skin and a possible fungal problem that will need the attention of our Vet. We now have a 7month old spaniel Sadie is going to Bow Wow for her first cut tomorrow. We started taking our dog to Kathleen on the recommendation of my sister in law Dawn who had been using her services for years. As far as the "gentleman" who came out and gave someone a hard time, please be advised that there is another groomer that shares the building and same door as Kathleen's BowWow station. He doesn't represent her."
"Terribly unprofessional. My mother came in on her only day off to tell the groomer that they were not answering, or returning her multiple phone calls to book an appointment. She explained that she still wanted to come here for grooming so she came IN PERSON to make a new appointment/tell her that she had to go to someone else last time because she was not getting any reply. The dogs were in desperate need of a haircut. This groomer then started to yell loudly and talk disrespectfully to my mother telling her "how dare you go to another groomer?! .. ive been giving you a break for how long you've been coming here .. I'm never taking your dogs again!" Um ? They should be flattered that my mom took time out of her day to come in and personally book an appointment because she STILL wanted to come there even after she wouldn't reply."
"We were dropping off our dogs and didn't realize that this business is directly next to the business we were taking our dogs to (pitties to poodles). We dropped our dogs off and we're standing next to our vehicles talking. After about ten minutes a man says to us are you staying a while cause your parked in the bow wow parking space..that's why there are signs! He was very rude about it. I said I didn't realize that the business weren't together until this point. He said well there is limited parking and that's why there are signs. Okay I get it, but you didn't have to be rude and condescending..I definitely will never take my dogs to his business and will advise anyone I know not to either. He could of nicely come over and said I'm not sure you are aware but you are parked in spaces for bow wow and I have limited parking. Could you please move your vehicles. Being nice goes a long way. Especially with the world we live in right now.! Not a good way to make your business inviting!"
