"We went for my 2month old son. We told them prior symptoms. Congested, raspy breathing fever over 101.5. They checked us in wasted a half hour finally seen the PA and he told us there’s nothing they can do for us, just to take him to the emergency room. They wasted roughly an hour of our time knowing they were going to turn us away and to go to the ER. Why waste our time of even coming in there if they knew we had to go there due to the high nature of his fever being under 90days. Definitely will not be going back there with my youngest or my older two. Highly unsatisfied with how that whole situation went down. Would not recommend for anyone with young children."

"Stop last night because hamots er was standing room. My blood pressure was high, I want to be checked out because of my neck being tight and a few other things. The guy im assuming who is the dr came around the corner an told me to go back to the er. What a joke. There was 1 other person in the waiting room that was it. And it was only 530pm."

"Always a waste of my time and pointless to even bother. Bare minimum work, lack of professionalism, I’m good. Will definitely be making a switch to UPMC. Done with the incompetence and the guessing games when making a diagnosis. How embarrassing."

"Very impersonal service. You can't even speak directly to anyone at the front desk. Scheduling is done by an external party. Timelines are strict. Arrive before scheduled appointment or expect to reschedule."

"Made an appointment for a routine physical six months in advance on three occasions. That’s all they had open. All cancelled just days beforehand. Needed the 15 minute checkup just to lower my insurance premiums. Needless to say that didn’t happen, and I will never go back. Avoid them, unprofessional."
