"Take the extra few minutes and find a different urgent care. The PA was downright rude as soon as he walked in the room and treated my 14 year old horribly. He literally looked at her for less than a minute and dismissed us. I'd like to give his name but he never gave it."

"Wish I could have given ZERO stars. As all others stated, receptionist is rude, arrogant, and as slow as molasses. Actually other people were checking in 10 times faster than us and ended up ahead of us with part time help due to her incompetence. Keep driving by…somewhere else has to be better than this place."

"If I could give this facility a negative, I would. Receptionist, Kerry, sat on her phone as I stood there waiting for her to get done texting and then she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Sorry? Secondly, the MA didn't listen to the symptoms, almost as if she doesn't know how to do her job. Third, the PA, Matt, barely did an examination and also acted like this visit was a huge inconvenience and I was essentially a waste of his time. I would not recommend this "express care". You're better off going to your PCP."

"If you can go somewhere else, you probably should. The ONLY reason I'm giving this more than one star is because the PA who I saw seemed like he actually cared. I got there when they first opened and I was more than willing to wait outside until it was exactly 7 am...It was 6:57...but one of the workers said I could come inside and wait. So I get inside and the receptionist looks at me, rolls her eyes, sighs loudly and proceeds to ignore me. I realized they weren't open yet, so I waited patiently. Finally at 7, I get an abrupt, can I help you? Ok great. Then I explain about my insurance situation and I know I'm talking to the wall. I tell her she isn't going to find it because I just switched jobs...Then after 10 minutes, she barks that I'm not in their system. I know. I told her that. I told her I was going to pay out of pocket today. She also takes a phone call in the middle of checking me in (which, ok fine) but she was super rude to the person on the phone as well! At least I felt that she hated everyone at this point - not just me for being there first thing in the morning. I mean, wouldn't you rather me be there when it's not slammed? Or would you rather me go when it's super busy... maybe no one cares either way. Everyone is allowed a bad day, but I know at my job, I'm not allowed to take it out on everyone. It was just very unprofessional, unnecessary and it made me feel very small. I'm sorry I got sick. I'm really not having a good day either and this lady made me feel worse. I don't think healthcare, let alone urgent care, is for her. Show a little compassion!"

"We were visiting from out of state and needed to bring my 4 year old here. The care we received from everyone we came in contact with was absolutely outstanding. From being checked in and needing to create an account, the nursing staff, the nurse practitioner and the imaging center team— everyone was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure my guy was comfortable and covered all bases to ensure he got proper care. We were there quite awhile and I never felt like a burden, even though we didn’t leave until well after hours. I am so thankful for this team!"
