"The people there are unprofessional and rude, first one she turned her back on me while I'm still talking to her. While i am waiting in the line The 2nd one raised her voice on a senior lady in the store, and the lady was embarrassed and left the store. And the 3rd one, she was not helpful after trying to exchange a product that I have and wanted to sell me the item I wanted for the full price for the exchange when the item i wanted was on sale that day. No sense."

"Excellent staff here! Super friendly and helpful! I have been to other locations but this one is really great and easy to get to as well. Good variety in store. Jules was super upbeat and friendly in particular. I dont know their names but there were two young gentlemen (both had dark hair) who were also super friendly and helpful and made the shopping experience so nice- will definitely be back! Edit: 9/10: I have said it before but every single staff member here is courteous, helpful and so kind! They make an effort to remember you and connect with you when you come in! :) it makes a difference in my experience. :) Julie is the best employee! She knows me by name and is so efficient and friendly!"

"Bath and body works, they have this sales going on with the plug in refills. I can’t believe they bring out the ones that don’t sell and hide the good ones. What you guys think people’s won’t notice those refills are nasty no scent at all. I didn’t get any won’t waste my money. Will stick with glade which is way cheaper and beautiful scents."

"I absolutely love this place! My experience here was made even more better recently when I went in to get a couple of items exchanged. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the lady at the billing counter was also very kind and patiently scanned my items so that I can have an even exchange. Overall I would recommend this bath and body works over all others because the staff genuinely cares and wants you to have a good shopping experience! They also took exquisite care during the pandemic, followed all social distancing rules and made sure that the counter tops were clean and sanitized after each customer!"

"I'm only giving this location this rating because of LUKE. This young man was amazing. His presence was so welcoming. Because of him we spent a nice amount of money. Please let me tell you that I had just order a very hefty amount of product earlier that day online. Also I want to mention a young lady named Hope who was our cashier and also gave amazing service. I would have given this location a five. But one young lady turned me completely off. I can't tell you her name because her presence was not wanted nor needed."
