"I've been going here for years and everyone is very caring at this location!!! I have been to other CVS in the past and I choose this one out of all the CVS in Fredericksburg VA!!! Lasheria and Sam and the older lady that's always at the drive thru window and so many other names I can't remember I've been dealing with over the years and I'm sorry for that is very understanding and caring!!! Thanks to everyone at this location!!!"

"Sat in drive thru for over 1 hour then they clos d for lunch no signage in drive thru to inform you. Come in the store and they just said going to lunch. When I was in drive thru they had a person at the window for over 25 minutes. Move them inside. So glad Tricare left CVS. I'm here for my son because I will never come back to a CVS for me too many issues when they took Tricare. Totally unsat."

"I’ve only used this location once, but they’re open after hours when every other pharmacy in the area is closed. I’d taken my wife to the ER and needed an RX filled before taking her home so this was it. They did an adequate job with a simple order. 15-20 wait. I’d give them four stars but, as other folks have noted, it’s really not a clean well kept facility."

"Poor service, and it isn’t getting any better. You wait in the line for 45 min just to tell you to it is not ready. Come back 3 hrs later and they say it is still not ready. As soon as you leave the line you get the text that it is now ready. Kiana was very rude and hung up the phone when I called for clarity on my prescription. They should really step it up to be the main MW hospital pharmacy."
