"Very bad service with the late night clerk. Rude guy and he didn’t want me attend and kick me out the store. Saying he gonna call the police just for my dressing style."

"Absolutely the WORST late night - the clerk was harassing my son because he took too long to find a snack and then said he was calling the police because he took too long to pick out a candy bar. We have been customers of this store for over 30 years and this night guy is unbelievably rude. Will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as well. It’s a shame because the day crew is very polite"

"I have been going to this 7-11 for almost 8 years or so and this is consistently the worst 7-11 in the dmv area. Clerk at the register is very pushy and rude. Consistently has problems with ID (the cashier will interrogate and become very rude with customers and claims IDs are fake even when customers offer to prove IDs are valid.) Cashier will also cause arguments and refuse to try to resolve the situation and has been rude and unhelpful to me on multiple occasions. This is the only 7-11 in Alexandria area that I’m aware of that consistently has problems/ I’ve had problems with. Guy running the store needs a serious attitude check if he doesn’t want to continue losing customers. Would give a 0/10 if I could"

"Store clerk profiles you, refuses to accept a 50.00 bill on a 15.00 dollar purchase stating he doesn't have change (for $35.00 come on) then accepts the next 50.00 bill from the next guy in line for a 10.00 purchase. I love the store, I've been going there since a kid never had any trouble. The clerk needs to get training and stop profiling. As long as this clerk works there I'm going up the street and supporting there business."
