Reviews
"Attempting to handle a transfer, I was victimized by a nasty team member on the phone. Not only could I not speak (she was finishing all of my sentences), she was plain rude! This is exactly why I don't want to be associated with this location any more!"
"Cancelled my Covid vaccine without explanation. Was able to reschedule online, and assumed the cancellation had just been a glitch as the appointment was not cancelled a second time. When I arrived for my vaccine, I learned they have no vaccine in stock. The person was not apologetic and said they didn’t send a second cancellation notice because they thought I would keep scheduling my appointment. Completely ridiculous and a waste of time. CVS needs to work on their messaging and communication. The pharmacy department could have handled this issue much better as well."
"The doctor is very rude and refused to do take me. I was a couple minutes late and she said she didn’t have time to do my covid test. A nasal swab takes 60 seconds. I guess she is not competent enough to work at a busy location. Or she is just lazy and found an excuse not to take me."
"The minute clinic no longer takes walk-ins and the assistant couldn’t even be bothered to look at the spider bite in n my ankle. If they can’t be bothered to treat minor ailments why are they even there. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is the store manager seemed nice, but clearly no authority over the minute clinic"
"This review is regarding the pharmacy. I am not sure if it’s corporate mentality or if it’s Virginia cultural attitude, I’m going with the first. I went and waited in line at this pharmacy. No one was at the drop off side but there was a technician on pick up side helping someone. Once he was finished he called me over and asked what I needed. I told him I had’t received a text alert for my continuous glucose monitor and my last one expired yesterday. He looks up my account which took awhile bc he kept getting the spelling of my name wrong and then tells me that I need to go to the drop off side. Why he wasn’t able to help me himself or tell me to go to the drop off counter in the first place was odd. I went to the drop off counter and tech there showed up looking annoyed like wth do you want. He also took awhile to find my account bc he couldn’t get the spelling right. He got even more annoyed/attitudy bc of this. He asked me if the item was a Libra freestyle 3 and we went back and forth bc I thought it was the freestyle 2 but he only has the script for freestyle 3. I told him I needed to go home and look at the box to make sure bc I didn’t think it was 3. I asked the tech he could call my doctor and request the freestyle 2. And then he point blank rudely tells me that that is my job. At this point I was less than impressed with his attitude and firmly told him that no that is his job. I’ve worked in healthcare long enough to know that that is not my job to do. Yes it helps if the patient calls but the pharmacy should be the one to initiate. Pharmacist/manager comes over and says maybe the script is under a different account which I have two accounts under maiden name but nothing is in the other account. I said wait let me check my monitor app that goes with the sensor. When I checked the app I was recently using, it did say freestyle 3 so I told them “wait I was wrong it is the freestyle 3 and not 2. Then the pharmacy manager asks “so are you going to apologize to him” and I asked for what and he says bc you kept say 2 when it wasn’t and you were rude. I told him that was rude of him to ask me that. I told him I was not rude about that in the first place. I was upset with the tech telling me that it’s my job to call the dr for a new script. And he ask with much sarcasm, “so do you want the monitor?” At this point btw all 3 of their less than stellar customer service skills, I was done with all of their attitudes and customer service incompetence. I will not be coming back to this CVS or any CVS for that matter and their overpriced drugs l, drug store products, not to mention gaslighting and not willing to understand the whole situation. I will be going to Walmart pharmacy. They have never been this clueless or acted like I was attaching their rude technician when I wasn’t."
