"ABOUT THE BOOKS AREA: is nice, not many pens or pencils to choose from if you need to buy some, but souvenirs and books are plenty. Prices are higher than expected and many things on sale. Restrooms need cleaning more often. ABOUT THE COFFEE: Customer service is at the very low level. This is not a real Starbucks franchise. Every single time we stop by to try again we get unsatisfied. Sadly. The first time the manager was so unprofessional and unhappy to our orders. Then we come back, they don't put the sugar in the coffee, cinnamon is served in a mini open cup instead of the original container. They are dusting the windows next to us while we work and eat! They clean the store and serve coffee at the same time? I don't think they realize people take many considerations coming back here and they take it from granted. We like some positive noise or environment around to work, so we spent many hours getting some work done there so that was good."

"This Barnes & Noble location is smaller than most of their other stores I’ve visited. Cafe is decent, serves Starbucks coffee and beverages. Visited mid-day on a Saturday and they were already out of most of the food items. They have clean, “all gender” restrooms. There are signs with arrows all throughout Columbia Mall, however, what they don’t indicate is you have to go outside the mall, walk around a few restaurants to access the B&N store. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I also like that it’s a one level store, easy to navigate."
