"Very disoriented don't know what they are doing. I will never come here again. I thought Endless Mountains Health Systems was bad this is worse going back to Endless Mountains. Really don't want to give them one star they don't deserve it"

"This hospital is a joke. They have miss diagnosed my kids for the last time. Although I can not speak for all doctors as some are decent, the majority give the wrong dosage for medication, read xrays incorrectly and are unfamiliar with actual human anatomy. My son broke his arm in 2 places, they took an xray and diagnosed him with a "contusion." 2 days later he still couldn't use his arm, xrays at geisinger clearly show a chip fracture of the wrist and a distal radial head fracture. I'd rather die then go back to this hospital. I wish geisinger would buy it, at least I wouldn't feel like I need to constantly get a second opinion."

"Hospital is pure garbage. Everytime something is missed and I have to go to gesinger to get real treatment. For example, doctor telling a patient that their tonsils look good, even though they have been removed 20 years ago. What medical school did you go to? Are you even licensed? Time and time again, I have had to trust my gut and get a second opinion. Everytime, a real doctor is in disbelief about what they miss. Remember, you can still pass medical school with D's and still be hired at Barnes Kasson."

"Always act like they have better things to do. They have 3 times told my family they don't have any of our paperwork, when we know they do. They never want to help, never want to do anything besides get paid to sit on their lazy bums and play games on the computers. This Hospital is a joke, and should be closed down. If you live near this Hospital I suggest NOT coming here for ANYTHING!!! The clinic in Hallstead is WAY more helpful, and WAY more friendly. Barnes Kasson is the reason we the people do not appreciate doctors as much as we did."

"Although some of the decor and facade is outdated, the important facets are excellent. In and out ER care, quick and accessible services, interactive and intelligent staff and most of all, close to home. I've been here several times and I am accustomed to high end facilities like Boston Children's, Golisano and smaller facilities such as Guthrie. Hands down I love this hospital. I do not know anyone personally at this hospital and I did not get paid or asked to write this review."
