"I am really disappointed by their service. I have been going there for months and their service was good in the beginning but then they just stopped listening to what I was saying and what I wanted for my dog. Today, I took Rocky for grooming and I specifically told the front desk that I don't want his hair cut more than 2-3 inches and i want a cute teddy face. I picked him up and they had only left 2-3 inches of hair on him and made his face long/small nowhere close to a teddy face. She told me that this is the longest their electric hair cutter can leave but why didn't you tell me that when i was dropping him off and repeatedly told you to not cut his hair short? I have a family photo session coming up which I would have to reschedule until his hair grows back a little. This session was $115 and I am okay with paying as long as they listen to what I am saying and do the job. If you can't do it then tell your client ahead of time, not after you chop their dog's hair off. They also kept him from 11am to 5 pm and i don't understand why? Why did it take 6 hours to groom my dog? I take him their every 4 weeks so you can't tell me he was extremely matted and you had to cut all his hair off. I will not be going back. I am extremely disappointed otherwise I would have never left you a bad review. Please listen to your client!!"

"I am a fairly new, first time cat mom with a long haired cat. I didn't know the first thing about mats/dreads, and I found a couple on my kitty's back leg area. I called Polished Pooch and the young lady I spoke with was really sweet and told me to bring the cat by anytime and they could take care of it. I brought her in, they quickly did a sanitary shave, and explained how to take care of the fur to avoid mats/dreads in the future! I was very nervous, as was my cat, but the staff was wonderful! I will definitely be recommending them!"
