"The worst family dollar in Baltimore hands down all the employees are trash times 2. The store prices are never as advertised because they put stuff anywhere and then get mad when you show them where the item was with the price. They always just cussing with people in the store no class or home training or proper job training at that. They need to let of a Raid roach bomb in the store to get rid of what they call employees and just start fresh."
"The Store Clerks wears Name Tags with No Name on it. The Manager who was working on 4/25/2023 @ 7 pm was very rude and unprofessional to Customers . The floor is always in disarray , with boxes and other items in the aisle, which is a safety hazard ., being a member of the Park Heights Merchants Association. I will be requesting a meeting to have OSHA, visit the store location unannounced . Numerous Customers have complained about the service and also the foul language that the Manager's exhibit towards staff and customers. This can no longer be tolerated."
