"My roommate and I were treated like unintelligent garbage because the two clerks refused to believe us and began to berate us and explain that it was not physically possible to pump gas! Which we did! We pulled in at the pump between 6-6:30 am. My roommate went to get gas and I went to use my card at the pump. Nothing happened, so I went into store and said something to the two clerks who explained in a rude way that the two pumps were down, credit card wouldn't work "out of service" and that they put in a work order, ect. So out I go to tell my roommate who told me; I'm pumping gas! Sure enough the thing was moving! It was almost $30 bucks! So In I go to tell the two clerks who flat out refused to believe me. Refused my card as well as cash! She would not go see for herself she said it's not physically possible! I assured her it was real. The clerks and a non Rutters truck driver began to act like we were dumb. Some people just don't get it they said things don't work. The clerks would say I don't know how to get through to you it's not physically possible. I said it was I saw it. Noop didn't happen they said. The pump is out of order they said, the one clerk had yellow taped it. Apparently after my roommate pumped gas! They refused to check the pump and his gas gauge! My roommate went in and they were rude and nasty to him as well. I had read the fuel gage, it was on Full! Again we got almost $30 worth of gas for which your clerks refused to take any type of payment. I managed a hotel for years and I would have handled it differently. I would have gone out to look at the pump and the fuel gauge. We drove away with free gas because of your two employees egos. Both of these employees need disciplined! I don't know that I'd ever stop there again! Who refuses payment for pumped gas and personally we were treated like garbage. Very disgusted!"
"It is a convenient place to pick up a few things. The coffee is good & well stocked with assorted creamers. The staff, for the most part, are friendly."
"i bought a gallon of expired orange juice and tried to exchange it for a new one and the manager jessica turns to the other cashier and said really loud and rude hey do you know this guy and she said no and snickered and she said sorry i can't help you really rude lady i'm not looking for a handout i make over 100,000 a year all i was asking for is for you to make it right and give me a good product not an expired one really bad customer service skills i'm shocked she's a manager i actually live down the street and when i told my story to all the neighbors they all said how rude she is to them and they all ignore her"
"At this location? Good luck having any food made. Customer service takes the backseat every single time. If you asked a cashier to do something they snicker and they tell you no. They make fun of customers when they leave the store. Because they think they're funny or superior to all. When they're there to do one job. Customer service. And it's sad because they have one job and they can't even do that right. What's even worse is watching the manager stand by and do absolutely nothing while cashiers do the bare minimum. What's even more sad is this fact that this is the only location within walking distance. You can't go in there without being judged or talk down to by the cashiers because for some reason they think they're amazing. But they're not. They're the dumbest people in the room but they don't realize it. I just hope that one day they get the exact same treatment that they're giving their customers. That way they can see what the true impact is on the customer. Because not only are you losing customers every single day. Most people won't even walk in there because they feel so uncomfortable."
"The cashier Kimberly yelled at my kids to push there items closer to her because she couldn't be bothered to extend her arm. She could have asked nicely and we would have responded nicely. She has an attitude every time."
