"Everyone was very caring and compassionate. They listened to my concerns. They were gentle and loving with my dog and very supportive and compassionate with me. I think they had a good idea of what the real issue was before the tests but they waited until confirmed so I didn't panic and agonize while waiting for the results . They let me know the options and costs of tests and medications before making a decision. His tech was an angel in disguise. I wish I had gotten her name. What I appreciated most was the honesty, directness and most of all the compassion they showed to Max and me."

"I brought my sick little guy in just before Christmas, nor having any idea he was so sick that I would have to let him go. The staff here was WONDERFUL and so caring. They gave me all the time I needed before and after he was gone. He was cremated and returned to me quickly, in a sweet little urn with a certificate, paw print and even some of his hair. He is missed beyond measure and I’m so thankful to have brought him to you for his last moments. You are special people to me. Thank you so much for taking care of me and Ojo. Love you forever."

"I had an incredibly compassionate experience at Emergency Veterinary Care Centers. Sadly, I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize my 15-year-old Yorkie. The staff showed immense care and allowed us to spend as much time as needed in the room before and after the procedure. We were able to be present as they peacefully put her to sleep. In addition to their emotional support, they went above and beyond by providing paw prints, hair clippings, and even held her body while I arranged for cremation. The level of consideration and understanding during such a challenging moment was truly remarkable. Moreover, the affordability of their services, especially for an emergency veterinary clinic, was noteworthy. They demonstrated not only professional expertise but also genuine empathy. To add a thoughtful touch, they mailed us a condolence card with signatures from the entire staff, offering comfort during a difficult time. "Very thankful for this ER vet center!!! They saved my dog's life after she chewed up an asthma rescue inhaler, which is incredibly toxic and life threatening to dogs. I called ahead to confirm my dog's condition and upon bringing her in, the staff brought her back immediately to triage her and worked to stabilize her condition. They kept me updated about every 20 minutes for the 3 hours I was there. Because of her serious condition, she had to stay overnight. They were up front about her situation, the treatments needed and potential outcomes. I called a few times while my dog was in the clinic overnight, and the staff was patient and kept me up-to-date with her condition each time I called. While I provided a base payment to cover initial treatments, they were able to refund me the difference of what I paid because she began to recover quicker than their initial estimations. During this incredibly stressful time, the staff was calm, friendly, and kind. Doctors were compassionate and knowledgeable. I could tell that they care and take great responsibility in caring for animals. I am forever grateful for this clinic. Without them, my dog may not have been with me today. Hopefully, I don't have another emergency like this, but if I do, I will definitely take my pets to this clinic."
