"Sherri at this location needs training. She took my daughter’s bank card because she said it was reported stolen when in fact it was not. I don’t know who she is to take a card from someone. I have never heard of a cashier being given direction to keep a card from the owner. Then through card in trash can without destroying!!! My daughter had to ask repeatedly for her to destroy the card if she was not going to give it back. This lady needs to find a new job. All the years I worked retail or at the banks I have never heard of a rule to take someone’s card because it was declined or “unauthorized”. The account has money. No reports of any fraudulent activity. Maybe the error message said usual activity because we don’t live in Lancaster! That is no reason to take someone’s card! She then also gave her a receipt for someone else’s purchase. My daughter doesn’t play the lottery but the receipt shows lotto tickets purchased. Doesn’t seem like this lady is fit to work a register."

"No matter what time you're in there a loud ear piercing beeping noise from behind the counter is constantly going off. You can't even think it's so loud and can be heard everywhere in the store. I have stopped using this store except for emergencies due to this."

"3 people behind the counter but only 1 register open. It’s like this most times. Only reason I’m in line is because the receipt won’t print at the pump, an other issue at this TH. Sucks!"

"your cashier at 5:58 scammed me of 10$. my total was 9.58$ or something near. i hand her a 20 i had just got out of the atm. and she hands me back cents and put it as a 10$ on the register. Shameful."

"I don’t like even giving 1 star to this location. The employees removed or pulled down their masks as soon as a person left the counter then would eat & drink. The food service attendant wore gloves & a mask but then proceeded to leave behind the food prep area & lean on counters but didn’t change her gloves when going back to prepare food. Most customers walked in without masks & not one employee stopped them despite signs up all over the store saying masks are required to be worn at all times inside of the store. We ordered subs & threw them away for fear of getting a food borne illness or something else. Cleanliness & concern over COVID, cold or flu seem to not matter to the employees here. Do NOT go inside for anything!!"
