"The old lady who was handling the fitting room was the most disrespectful person I’ve dealt with at Ross. Never had that experience when I come in and she was arguing with all the customers. I’m surprised how she even has a job with all her unnecessary attitude when I was trying to ask her simple questions. I understand we have bad days at work but Jesus this lady is not meant to be working if she’s going to continue acting like this especially being rude to children as well."

"We shopping for a b-day gift. Door greeting se unity was was friendly. Employees were very pleasant and always said hi and pleasantly embarking in conversation. Store had a nice selection of clothing. Floor was a little messy and saw many things out of place but that is typical of Ross and the other two competitors...but I would say this one is the best kept of the three."

"The selection is not great. Looks great on the outside, but inside it's more like a giant Salvation Army store with higher prices. I went from rack to rack, looking for a pair of pants in my size, but its pointless, since no articles of clothing seem to be in any order. Ignore the sizes posted and just go on a scavenger hunt at your own risk. If you want to waste an afternoon looking for your size, there is a very nice Chipotle across the parking lot to grab a bite. Also, there is some convoluted rat maze of racks and stuff that you have to negotiate, if you indeed actually find something, to run thru to check out Will never return...."
