Head instructor Joe Cunningham has a vast wealth of knowledge in all three disciplines and provides easy to understand instruction with focus on the how-to's and details. The school has multiple Jiu Jitsu and Judo black belts assisting in classes with heavy focus on new students and the fundamentals. The Muay Thai program has long-time coaches who trained abroad in Thailand and brought old world traditions and training methods for an authentication Muay Thai program. The kids' programs provide a great, safe, and nurturing environment for your youth to gain self-confidence, discipline, and knowledge to assist them in their journey to adulthood. It is a firm foundation for their lives and will serve them well in all circumstances as many lessons learned on the mat are very practical for everyday life. I am fortunate enough to train here and I am thankful for the years of instruction, friendships made, and being part of the Yamasaki family."
