A.S.K Martial Arts Foundation, located at 9727 Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring, Maryland, is a health institution focused on teaching self-defense, fitness, and important life skills such as focus, concentration, self-control, and listening skills. Since 1996, they have been offering AfterSchoolKarate programs in MCPS and private schools, as well as evening classes for the whole family, from ages 4 to adults. The foundation emphasizes treating others with kindness, courtesy, and respect, while also being prepared to defend oneself when necessary. They will be starting their SPRING 2024 Semester of classes at two new locations in Silver Spring, starting in April. A.S.K Martial Arts also offers individual and group private lessons in TaeKwonDo for children and self-defense for adults.
