"PFP is a great way to get a work out in to stay fit for soccer and just about anything else. They work on improving all aspects of your body in order for you to get that shape you want to be at. I also really liked how I was able to get treatment on my ankle when I was injured, Julian was extremely helpful with that. "I have worked out for most of my life, playing sports as a youth, hitting the gym and running in my 20s and 30s, working with an online trainer during the pandemic to stay motivated and now with Prepare for Performance to take my workouts to the next level. Small group personal training has been great for me to stay motivated to push myself just a little bit harder each workout and to meet my fitness goals. I actually enjoy the workouts, they change every month and are different every day of the week so you can go 6 days a week and have a great full body workout. They do body measurements monthly (if you’re into that) so you can see your progress and help you make tweaks to your diet to meat your personal goals.
