"TLDR: Mike is the best coach I’ve worked with. Go see him. For starters: I’m not a good golfer. I took ~20 years off and got back into the game six months back. After several sessions with other DMV-area pros, I landed on Mike and couldn’t be happier with the results. Two things about his teaching stand out. First, he doesn’t have a one-size fits all approach. Second, he does a great job explaining how the swing elements work together. Since getting back into the game I’d spent a ton of time watching YouTube videos on the “correct grip” or “perfect takeaway” and had ended up with a lot of decent-looking pieces that didn’t play well together. The last thing I’ll add is that golf is hard and not always intuitive and you can save yourself a lot of time, frustration and money by going to a good instructor at the start."

"Having taken a number of golf lessons and attending a few golf schools too over the past 20 years, without question Mike is the Best instructor I found to work with. Wish I found him sooner. Actually, he is more than an instructor, he is a Coach who knows so much about the golf swing. He quickly detected and corrected my swing issues in a simple and constructive manner. I saw immediate improvement in my ball striking. I am achieving tighter dispersions from Driver to short irons. No more stirring the ball, now I know how to release it. I am making plans for more lessons with Mike in early Spring and I imagine I will do a few tune-up lessons as well throughout 2024. I learned so much from Mike in just two lessons. I am making better swings resulting in better golf shots thanks to Mike’s instruction. With a little more work and Mike’s help I am confident I will get to a single digit handicap in 2024.
