"Very thankful that we found Green Valley Montessori. The owners and teachers are kind, patient and very passionate about the Montessori education. We struggled with (homeschooling) pre-school and my daughter was resistant to reading, writing, finishing tasks, etc and she is absolutely thriving in all of these areas now that she is in Kindergarten here. She’s developing healthy friendships, better manners and more patience at home. She is also eager to learn, finish work books (at home), draw, read books and write words/work on her alphabet the moment she gets out of class. Highly recommend this school for any parent who is unsure about Montessori or who is looking for a school where their child will thrive!"

"My daughter attended GVMS since she is 18months old until she turned 5 years. She absolutely loved her school and never wanted to miss it. She has learned a lot in GVMS: Helping hands, taking turns, responsibility, discipline and being nice to others are the a few of the major qualities she developed. From education standpoint, she is on top of everything and could even compete with kids from KG in a public school setting being herself is a Pre-K student in GVMS. Every teacher created personal and emotional relation with my daughter. Teachers are excellent, well trained and exactly know what they are doing. We are so happy that we made a decision to put her in GVMS!!! Thank you Ms. Sangi and her crew for teaching our daughter all needful things for her age."

"I am the one who loves in Montessori method. After we moved to Urbana, this school is the first school that I contacted to visit for school tour and enrolled my kids. I have my two kids enrolled to Green Valley Montessori School. I love how the school using Montessori method taught my kid on reading and math. The head teacher and assistant teacher are the same all school year so they are familiar and treat my kids as theirs. The management is good and very responsive. I would like to recommend this school to everyone who loves Montessori method."

"The worst place ever! Read my email and the email from the director. Since my child started there there have been many issues. He started as a summer student doing their summer program. The teachers were fine. Management was nice until you start bringing concerns to their attention. Then the true colors come out. I’ve encountered numerous issues with them. The owner is very nasty and doesn’t put the safety of the children first. Doesn’t properly address your concerns as a parent. I’ve always been professional in my messaging and assertive about my concerns. The latest concern is when I picked up my son with snot all on his face. This was the icing on the cake. For the safety of my son, I won’t post pictures which I have. I will provide the response from the owner. She is very unprofessional and just nasty. This is so sad how an owner can talk to a parent this way. This facility has been reported."

"Fantastic Montessori school for kids. I have a 2 1/2 year old son who goes here and his development has been incredible. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and warm. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for childcare in the Germantown, Clarksburg, or Urbana area."
