I was most apprehensive regarding the procedure itself, as well as having to rely on new staff members at a location I had not yet visited. Karen, Kim and Katrina did everything possible to calm my fears, explaining in great detail every step to be taken during the procedure. I found Dr. Manghisi, who was to perform the actual biopsy, to be most professional, qualified and compassionate. He reminded me as each step was taking place. Several days later, I received a call from Dr. Manghisi, personally, who had good news to share! I highly recommend this location for testing and quality care by professionals performing their duties in a clean environment."

"My experience was far from enjoyable. The ultrasound tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. She complained that she had to take my photos. Rather than the Radiologist coming in to explain the findings, he decided it was better to call the tech and talk about me while I was sitting there. They were more concerned about their day being over the well-being of their patient's life."
