"Excellent place for fresh veggies and canned fruit and other bottled stuff. I dropped by a couple of weeks ago on the way home from my favorite bagel joint, in order to grab some fresh maters, which I was out of back at the house. Grabbed me an armload of various stuff, put it on the counter, but I espied some quart jars of preserved fruit. Hmmmm, says I. And moseyed over to that shelf. Among all the usuals, I found two things I almost never see anywhere else. Damson preserves and preserved spiced pears. Got coupla jars of each and scuttled out to the car with all my treasures. Back home, after I unloaded everything, of course I had to try the damson and pears. Damson was good. Not too sweet, cause damson's ain't ever sposed to be sweet. But the pears! OMFG, they were incredible. Schlurp! Two half pears scarfed right up. I figgered they would be even better after being fridgerated for awhile. They were! Damn, they were just incredible. So I went back a couple of days later and bought more both for me and some foodie friends. Highly recommended. Great folks there. Great food."

They also have an assortment of fresh baked goods and preserved items like salsa, fruit preserves and spiced peaches. They even have a ready to eat refrigerated section at the checkout counter."
