"It seems much more busy and crowded than it used to be but I always manage to get an appt. And Anisa is always there to keep things moving! She was working alone today and patients were very needy. She handles me and my appt. So efficiently and with a friendliness that puts me at ease even though I can see how stressful it is there. She’s the best! "Nice and friendly staff, but they desperately need a Russian translator. The area has many Russian immigrants and the office has a hard time with them since their English is very poor. I came in as a patient and had to translate for them. Labcorp needs to hire a translator or have some sort of a system in place for the office to be able to communicate properly with their patients."

"Gertrude and the other woman who works with her I believe ( Anisa) were super quick , and extremely helpful. They got me in and out and even straightened out some confusing paperwork for me. Gertrude also offered me many words of encouragement through my journey and I really appreciated her kind words from the bottom of my heart. I think that all the people that had something negative to say probably enter the facility in a bad mood and with bad energy and then they are surprised when they are met with the same energy that they are giving. If you greet people with peace, kindness and respect , you too will be greeted with that in return."
