After ten minutes another tenant let me in - the front desk didn’t seem to care, said their phone didn’t ring and on my way out ten people were locked out trying to get in"

"These guys stuck me ONCE for bloodwork. Referral after a previous clinic stuck me FIVE times and still did not get their needed sample. I was so happy with how quickly they handled sticking me."

"I tend to faint every time I get blood work, but I’ve seen two different phlebotomists at this location and have had my first successful blood draws with NO FAINTING! They are quick, kind, and never made me feel bad for being a little baby about needles. 10/10"

"Very professional! When I have to do my blood work, the wait is usually short and the nurses are so good that I almost don’t feel the needle. Also, the results usually come back very fast. I don’t see why people complain about this location. There is hand sanitizer in the waiting area, sanitizing wipes and ample instruction in bathrooms. After I use the self check-in station, I often have to wait less than 5 minutes before they prepare to do my labs, depending on if there was a line. I don’t understand why people expect the nurses to greet them at the desk: they are not hospitality workers but medical professionals. When they do the work, they do it fast and painless, and that’s what I want from my labs."
