"I just left this royal farm location at it couldn’t had been a better one this because I left my brand new Iphone15 pro max thought it was was gone for good because I had pumped my gas and set in my car got a good while before I noticed that I had left it in the store besides the professionalism that the young lady named Ms. Andrea showed waiting on me earlier boy she’s a true blessing she held my phone for me and didn’t even accept an award. Kudos to her!!!!!!!! Great Hire Royal Farms!"

"This Royal Farms new management team is amazing. They have turn this location around 200. %.. The customer service is wonderful, and the store’s appearance is great; it’s clean, well stocked, and they even clean the outside. I’m aware it’s a hard store to manage due to the folks who frequent the area ( mostly drug addicted folks) , however, they do an amazing job there , and I wanted my opinion to be recognized for the management team. They are a group who cares,; I had stop going there about two years ago, and had to stop for gas after work one day. I decided to go in and purchase me something to drink, and noticed the change. So please thank the team, and the store manager has a beautiful personality, and demonstrates that sometimes all an establishment needs is someone to give it the attention and care it deserves… so just in case you all think no one is noticing you hard work, I am, and thank you for caring not just about your paycheck, but the place that provides you the paycheck. It really shows.Thank you !"

"The lady just pulled out fresh chicken out the fryer and I asked her could I get the fresh chicken. She then told me” No , its for an order. But the chicken in there is fresh too.” I then asked her how long would it take to cook some fresh chicken. She said “ I aint cooking no mo chicken. Imma start cleaning the fryers”. Well a young lady came from the back and put fries in the fryer. The lady who said her name was Keedra, start ranting talking about “ I you go to Popeyes, they gone give you what they give you.” Thats when I told her “ Nah. They give me what I ask for. So if I ask for freshly made food, thats what I will get. I dont eat old food. I like my food fresh. I dont see what the problem is when asking for fresh food. You all hire the most lowest vibration and poorest spirited people ever. Below is how old and dry your chicken looks."

"This is the worse Royal Farms I have been to. The sad part the management does not care and the corporate office must not either. For this to be the 1st Royal Farm when people enter or leave Baltimore see, is horrible. The place is dirty, the bathrooms do not work, and the chicken looks dry and looks recooked. I order my food and they gave me the wrong order because they were busy talking on their cellphones which is nasty and touching people's food. Has station never had receipt paper. I doubt they have done an inspiration in years here because if they did they should not have passed. They need a whole new team working here. I will be writing corporate"

"This place has to be a contender for the worst Royal Farms period. Update: 30 October 2018 -- How do you have a whole row of coffee machines and completely run out of coffee in every single one? Somehow these guys figured it out. After a long with with many other people, when I finally got my cup of coffee, there were no lids in sight. Ordered a chicken, egg and cheese bagel, got to my car, opened it up, no chicken!!! WTH! Come here for the cheap price on fuel. Not much more. Very crowded. Very tight hard to maneuver to diesel pumps if you're large or pulling a trailer. Pump did not print receipt."
