"Royal Farms always have the worst customer service, this store is no exception. The black woman behind the counter tried to talk down to me because you can't scan gift cards at the self checkout. I have never bought a gift card from a royal farms that has all the self checkout stations. I do not know how it works. She had an attitude the whole time instead of just telling me to come to the end counter so they can ring it up. And the other boy at the register must be new because he looked completely clueless the whole time. They need to go ahead and make everything in there self checkout because their customer service is trash."

"Staff is not responsive at all. I called the staffto enquire about Money order, one lady picked up and she mentioned that you can come anytime before 10 PM. In 30 min I went to store, then one of the staff mentioned that comes before 5 PM. I realized the person I talked over the phone is manager. I am kind of surprised manager know less details than staff. I went the next day before 5, then he said Machine is not working. They could have told the proper communication, I wouldn’t have wasted my time. Completely bad experience"

"Worst royal farms ever big eye ball girl watched me the whole time instead of ringing me up she stood there on a tablet while I waited in line I get in line and I ring up the back of the Krispy Kreme pack I had two I continued to pay for all of my other items while she remotely added the other donut which I unintentionally didn’t know that I had to scan it twice I would’ve caught it on my own at the end of my transaction RUDE INTERACTION I will never and I mean never come back to this location again. I told her to remove the items you don’t have to watch me I have no reason to steal a $1.99 donut then she was real sassy about it lady it’s not my fault you work at royal farms"

"Large selection of products and fuel. As always, they have that hot and fresh Rofo Chicken....but this one hs a deli too. Staff if friendly and keeps the store clean and well stocked."
