"This place may claim that they are FCFS but this does not hold true once checked in. They take loads in the order that they want or need them. I was told this directly buy a dock worker (who I had a very hard time understanding because he could not speak English) when I asked him why I was not being unloaded and trucks arriving after me were being unloaded. If that is the way a company is going to operate then I will not be delivering freight to this company in the future. Time is money and this company apparently does not respect my time. (Update - After waiting for 3 hours after I went to ask them for my BOL and told them they unloaded/loaded 5 trucks that arrived after me. I was told, “We are busy”. Well sorry, I’m busy too. So either you are FCFS or you are not. Which is it? I won’t we back."

"They guys are open at 3 Am and they got paper work from you and after 10 minutes they start the unloading your truck very professional ppl and working very fast they guys unload your truck in just 30 minutes I’m very happy i have seen first time these type of good ppl and wearhouse in my trucking life thanks"
